FREE HP Support Contract Review

In conjunction with HP, CCD is offering a Contract Review Service, designed for existing ASMP customers and for customers who have enterprise HP Care Packs that are coming to the end of their life.

This is an opportunity to review the current schedule of equipment covered, and recommend ways to optimise or improve the level of service in line with any changes to the business since initial purchase.

Free of charge to customers, subject to meeting certain criteria.

• Generally scheduled within two weeks of request receipt
• The Contract Review specialist will usually make a site visit to collect the necessary data
• A Contract Review report will be sent by the specialist to the Programme Manager within two weeks; this will then be made available for you to discuss with your customer
